BUFFALO, N.Y. โ The smoke has cleared, the votes are in, and the crown jewels of the New York cannabis industry have officially been claimed. On Friday, July 10th, the third annual Solventless Cup 2026, presented by Green Room, took over the sun-drenched oasis of the Sol Pool Club for an explosive, all-day celebration of cannabis community and culture.
This yearโs event brought together cultivators, processors, retailers, and artisans from across the solventless community. Attendees connected poolside to discuss industry trends and the latest developments in chemical-free cannabis processing techniques.
Industry Cup Categories & Judging Process
Entries in the Industry Cup categories were evaluated by a panel of respected industry participants through a blind review process spanning the week leading up to the Cup. Judges focused on critical technical aspects including terpene profiles, effect, and consistency to determine the best in each category.
In addition to the expert panel, the Peopleโs Choice Awards empowered consumers to nominate and vote for their favorites throughout the month leading up to the awards, ensuring that community voices shaped the final results.

Judgesโ Choice Award
Every year, there are a handful of entries that stick with the judges long after the scorecards are turned in. Samples that may not have topped the final tally, but that individual judges couldnโt stop talking about. This year, two rosin entries earned that distinction:
Ithaca Organics โ Rambutan Spritzer One of the most consistently loved samples of the entire rosin category โ it never scored outside the top tier with any judge on the panel, and tied for the single highest score any judge gave out all week.
Rythm โ Fantasy Rythmโs standout entry of the competition, and an outright #1 pick on one judgeโs scorecard. It came within a hair of cracking the official podium, and left a lasting impression on everyone who tried it.
Both entries are proof that a blind judging process doesnโt just produce a leaderboard โ it surfaces the samples that genuinely move people, podium or not.
