Position Overview
The role combines strong project management skills with hands-on creative support. As our brands continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to an increasingly complex marketing calendar.
As the central coordinator between creative, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership, you’ll help ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage competing deadlines, and keep key projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Team Coordination
- Manage marketing and creative projects from kickoff through execution
- Build and maintain project timelines, workflows, and priorities
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates across teams
- Coordinate communication between marketing, creative, sales, operations, and leadership
- Manage approvals, deliverables, and deadlines to keep projects on track
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve challenges before they impact timelines
- Establish and improve marketing processes, systems, and team workflows
Marketing & Brand Support
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Assist with marketing communications, content development, and campaign execution
- Help coordinate digital marketing efforts
- Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Formalize creative briefs and coordinate projects with internal creatives, agencies, freelancers, photographers, and production partners
- Support content production, print projects, and creative asset management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, brand management, account management, creative operations, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar tools
- Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, cannabis, lifestyle, fashion, or agency environments preferred
- Experience managing creative projects, product launches, or integrated marketing campaigns preferred
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments with frequently shifting priorities

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Benefits include Healthcare, Dental, Health Savings Account (HSA) and 401(k) elections and Paid Time Off (PTO).
