From the music to the lighting to the flow of the space, your job is to make sure every customer feels like they walked into a vibe—not just a store.
What You’ll Do:
Be the welcoming presence that kicks off the customer’s experience
Keep the music flowing and the atmosphere just right
Set lighting and tone to match the time of day and the store’s energy
Greet newcomers, guide them to staff, and check in with returning regulars
Handle the flow of foot traffic and make sure the space always feels inviting
Say goodbye to guests and keep the vibes high until the next visit
