The event venue is private property with permission from the property owner, and local rules regarding smoking or vaping are respected.

NJ Dispo Takeover encourages responsible consumption and transportation, including messaging around rideshare use and not driving while impaired.

The event’s purpose is to support and highlight licensed New Jersey cannabis businesses and community engagement, while remaining compliant with state law and the guidance of the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission.
