Cannabis & Chronic Pain Research Study

Chronic pain affects more than 100 million Americans, with 1 in 10 adults diagnosed every year, globally. In addition to severe impacts on quality of life for the patient, it is estimated that chronic pain accounts for 12% of all prescriptions and >$100 billion in direct and indirect costs. Cannaceutica, a healthcare cannabis brand bringing credibility and clinical evidence to medical cannabis, is partnering with Kannabis Works. Together, we’re looking for eligible participants suffering from chronic pain to participate in a 14-week research study of medical cannabis capsules for the treatment of chronic pain.

WHO: CANNACEUTICA is seeking out adult customers who are experiencing chronic pain and have failed to respond to at least one type of medication. Eligible participants must be 21 or older and will be compensated.

WHAT: Chosen participants will partake in a 14-week research study of medical cannabis capsules for the treatment of chronic pain.

WHERE: The study will be conducted in Newport Beach. Participants must live in/around the surrounding areas.
