Located at the intersection of Santa Monica and San Vicente, Green Qween is a purpose-driven dispensary that honors the LGBTQ+ activists who pioneered medical cannabis during the AIDS epidemic. Founded by Andrés Rigal and Taylor Bazley, the shop prioritizes social equity by dedicating prime shelf space to LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and women-owned brands. Unlike traditional “corporate” dispensaries, Green Qween is housed in a historic 1930s Art Deco building and features a vibrant, inclusive design with playful pastel palettes and a curated “disco ball solar system”.

Beyond retail, Green Qween serves as a community hub that reinvests in the neighborhood. A portion of all proceeds is donated to local LGBTQ+ nonprofits, such as DTLA Proud, to advance social and racial justice. The shop offers a high-touch boutique experience where customers can interact with over 700 products, including flower, edibles, and specialty items like pet CBD, guided by knowledgeable budtenders in a judgment-free environment.
