De Supermarkt, “The Supermarket”, is a coffeeshop located in Amsterdam West. Established in 2000, the shop is a member of TheCoffeeshops Amsterdam, a chain of coffeeshops serving Amsterdam since 1984. This one-level shop is located in a lively residential part of the city.

De Supermarkt offers a smoking lounge space at the shop’s front where rotating exhibits of local artwork add another dimension to your coffeeshop experience. When the weather is nice, there is an additional table with two chairs outside, in front of the shop. The lounge also serves as a vapor lounge, something De Supermarkt takes great pride in. The shop hosts a monthly vaping event during which guests can test out different vaporizers.

Behind the lounge, the shop’s counter sits awaiting cannabis and refreshment purchases. De Supermarkt’s robust menu offers a selection of classic strains as well as modern hybrids and pressed import hashes. These products are laboratory tested for potency and purity and the results can be found in a book at the counter. A simple selection of hot and cold beverages as well as snacks can also be purchased at the counter
