A recently renovated coffeeshop in Amsterdam’s Nieuwe Pijp neighborhood, Blue Sea is a shop that traditionally attracts a primarily local crowd due to its location. That does not stop this shop from having a diverse menu with a respectable number of both flower and hash offerings. The Coffeeshop Blue Sea in Amsterdam also offers a selection of edibles, the most noteworthy being its “weedbar”, a peanut butter and chocolate snack complete with candy bar pieces. A beautiful tropical aquarium puts the finishing touches to the shop’s atmosphere, set by large, psychedelic island-inspired murals created by airbrush artist Unie-k.
