A traditional coffeeshop located near Rembrantplein, Coffeeshop Balou is named for Baloo, the beloved sloth bear mentor of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book, who is depicted smoking a joint in neon lighting on the shop’s front window. Two levels of seating area provides guests ample space to relax.
