Tucked away in an alley near the Royal Palace of Amsterdam is Coffeeshop Abraxas. This somewhat hard to find, handcrafted gem of a coffeeshop has a large smoking area, perfect for groups. Coffeeshop Abraxas offers ample seating in the center of Amsterdam, both inside and outside. Established in 1992, the shop offers an assortment of coffees, bio-organic drinks, and snacks to complement its powerful cannabis menu.

The shop’s theme is a take on the book The Little Witch. Coffeeshop Abraxas’ artistic space promotes creativity and discussion. “We value and advocate the integration of craftsmanship, science and art. Our space is rooted with raw materials such as wood, stone, glass, and hemp, and our walls host creations by our head artist.”

The shop group-friendly and is dog-friendly for small dogs. A second souvenir shop is located next door.
